How much is shipping?

For orders under $100.00, there the shipping is based on weight and shipping location. This is calculated before placing the order. Orders over $100.00 have the option of free shipping during checkout.


How quickly will you ship my order?

For in stock items, we normally ship within two business days. If your item(s) is not in stock, we will inform you via email when we anticipate shipping your item(s). Most items that are not in stock are shipped within 7-10 business days.


Who do you use to ship my order?

Unless otherwise requested and paid for, we will ship via the United States Postal Service. They offer the lowest rates so that we can keep our prices to a minimum.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, just select international shipping during the checkout process. This is done through the United States Postal Service.


How can I contact you if I have a question not listed here?

The best method to contact us is via the contact us page, or by emailing us at help@amputeesupply.com.


Is there a telephone number that I can contact someone?

Due to the number of illegitimate phone calls, we have terminated the phone number. Please use the email for all questions/comments.


Do you accept returns?

Yes, as long as the item(s) has not been opened (and therefore unused). It is necessary to email us at help@amputeesupply.com to request a RMA number. Please include the order number and item that you are requesting the RMA for. Once we receive the return, we will refund the original purchase price, minus shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.


What if I need something not listed on your website?

Just email us at help@amputeesupply.com with as much information as possible (size, color, manufacture, etc.) for the item being requested. If we can get the item, we will send you a price and instructions for proceeding with the purchase is so desired.


Do you accept insurance?

Sorry, but due to insurance regulations, we do not accept insurance. However, most insurance will reimburse your medical expenses if you provide them the invoice that is sent to you when you place your order.


Do you allows pickups at your facility?

Although our facility is located at 928 Richard Rd, Dyer, IN 46311, we do not allow pickups at this facility.
